Conference who met at our church with the local Pastors in April

We served a sandwich lunch for approximately 40 workers at the
Health Fair held at our church

We again served lunch for the ELCA Pastors who met at our

We purchased 10 new church hymnals from monies we received
from a
member as a memorial for her loved ones

We donated money to the church to be used toward the repair of
the stained-glass windows

We gave a gift offering to the Women of ELCA who celebrated
their 20th anniversary at the Grand Canyon Synod Convention held at the
Marriott Hotel in Mesa, AZ

We purchased 20 packets containing coloring books and crayons
to be given to children visitors at our Sunday services.

We installed all the ribbon book-markers and labels in our new
hymnals. A circle member donated the monies for all the ribbon

We held a workshop at our November meeting to teach more
ladies how to make the bookmarker crosses we give to visitors on Sunday
Mornings

We made a donation of money to the church and purchased a
Christmas gift for our church custodian

As a fundraiser again we sold the liturgical calendars.
